Review:
The Four Seasons KL Golden Mooncake box is a super impressive GIFT, and says it all for your appreciation of your beloved friends and your treasure in business partnerships.

Everybody knows the Mooncake Gift Box Design is the most important buying factor. In my rating, I consider Four Seasons Hotel KL Golden Mooncake Box the most elegant, beautiful, and prestigious of all the mooncake boxes I’ve seen.

Four Seasons is the “new kid in the block”. Even before the official opening on 17 November 2018, Four Seasons Hotel KL is already setting the highest standards in mooncake, F&B, hotel service, room interior design, ballroom design, and salt water underwater music pool.

Pu-erh Tea And Tangerine Lotus Seed Paste: This is Four Seasons KL most popular and innovative flavor. It is my team and my own favorite FSHKL Mooncake flavor. The smell is fantastic. The flavor is unique with its tangy Tangerine and subtle Pu-erh Tea taste.

Review:
Mooncake varieties which are available includes the Red Bean Paste, Black Sesame Seed Paste Single Yolk , Lotus Seed Paste Double Yolk, White Lotus Seed Paste Single Yolk and also the Assorted Nuts and Sun Dried Fruits. The variety comes pretty good where I am in love with the White Lotus Seed Paste Single Yolk as well as the Assorted Nuts and Sun Dried Fruits. These two flavours comes simply good where the skin are thin and crust is perfectly done.

Review:

This year, Mandarin Oriental’s decadent, hand-crafted mooncakes are presented in elegant oriental-designed gift boxes. Apart from their popular all-time classic favourites, the fruity snow skin flavours and sinful chocolate mooncakes are set to add delight to your Mid-Autumn Festival. The limited edition gold coated pandan with single yolk (RM 48) will certainly add a touch of luxury to this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival. It is a best selling item because these are ideal to be given away as gifts. Other flavors include sinful chocolate mooncakes (RM 47).

Review:

The unique lineup include Baked Pandan Paste with Salted Egg Yolk and the delicate Snow Skin Shiro Umeboshi with Green Tea. The popular Snow Skin Durian Paste with Truffle is also available this year for durian enthusiasts and these delights are made with fresh Musang King durians, encased in a delicate chilled snow skin, a truly decadent combination. Effortlessly fusing traditional ingredients with modern flavours, Chef Kong presents three new creations this year – Baked Corn Paste with Salted Egg Yolk, Snow Skin Corn Paste with Red Wine and Snow Skin Custard Paste with Tiramisu. Aromatic and finely balanced, each mooncake is the perfect addition to any family gathering or celebration.

For the forward fashionista: It’s a case of food meets fashion at Hilton Kuala Lumpur as it celebrates the Mid-Autumn season with a special collaboration with famed local designer, Khoon Hooi. Together, they have created two exquisite (and highly fashionable) mooncake boxes – or satchels, if you like. The limited-edition Midnight Bloom and collector’s edition Blossom series are priced at RM198 and RM178 respectively, available from now until 24 September 2018.

Review:

This luxury hotel’s mooncakes come in a cute mini version of their signature trunks that can house four pieces. If that wasn’t enough, the hotel is also making a 6.5-inch “super mooncake” with eight yolks for those looking for something out of the ordinary.

Mei-Xin

Review:
Mei-Xin Mooncakes have been sprawling over in almost every shopping malls out there during the Mid-Autumn season. Priding with over 170 outlets around the world, their delectable range of mooncakes certainly demands your attention. Adhering to hipster trends these days, they have been cornering headlines with their Star Wars designed mooncakes – black one features Darth Vader (which is filled with rich chocolate lava) while the white one is Stormtrooper (filled with custard lava). If you lean towards the traditional and fruity type of fillings, you’re about to be spoilt with choices. Since they are pretty reasonable, leaving less than a dozen would be insane.
