Waking Up & Visualizing Meditation:
The easiest way to wake up is to trick yourself that you are only waking up to urinate. Then you go sit with your back resting on the bed board/wall or sit on a comfy armchair/sofa. You can alternate naturally between closed-eye and open-eye meditation as you flow naturally between 2 States of Consciousness.
Tip: keep a pen and paper beside you so that you can write down any ideas that float up to your consciousness. You can sit in lotus position or stretched out your leg – both methods have slightly different results.
Three Moving, Walking, Travelling, Meal Breaks Open-Eye Meditation
While you are commuting, moving, or during your work breaks and lunches take 7 minutes to chill out and recharge your inner battteries.
Before Sleep Reflecting Meditation
At least 30-45 minutes before you sleep it is highly beneficial not to use your mobile, ipad, or watch youtube videos that will greatly stimulate your mind rather than preparing yourbody to relax and sleep. Reflect on the lessons of the day and end with gratitude for being blessed, guided and protecte. Needless to day have enough sleep 6-8 hours.
