My Dad crossed over on Chinese New Year 1st Day, 19th February 2015 at 12:03 am pass midnight. And my wife and Twin Soul Angel Brenda crossed over on Winter Solstice and 2 days before Christmas on 23rd December 2013.
Therefore, these two most festive occasions are reflective times for me to remember my two much loved ones, reflect on the lessons and experiences of the past year, and envision the year and future ahead.
Since 2016, every Chinese New Year 1st day, my Mum, my brother Jimmy (and other brothers if they are around) and I will go to St. Michael’s Church, Ipoh to visit my Dad’s Ossuary, clean it, say prayers, and offer candles of remembrance.
