2. Review:

Everybody knows the Mooncake Gift Box Design is the most important factor. In my rating, I consider Four Seasons Hotel KL Golden Mooncake Box the most elegant, beautiful and prestigious of all the mooncake boxes I’ve seen. Four Seasons is the “new kid in the block”. Even before the official opening on 17 November 2018, Four Seasons Hotel KL is already setting the highest standards in mooncake, F&B, rooms, ballroom, and salt water underwater music pool.

 

The 3 Innovative Flavors by Yun House at Four Seasons Hotel KL (FSHKL) :
• Pu-erh Tea And Tangerine Lotus Seed Paste (light green color):
This is Four Seasons KL most popular flavour. It is my team and my favorite FSHKL Mooncake flavour. The smell is fantastic. The flavour is unique with its tangy Tangerine and subtle Pu-erh Tea taste.

• Assorted Supreme Mixed Nuts and Sun-dried Fruits (mixed whole nuts and seeds look):
If you are a lover of whole nuts and sun-dried fruits, then this may be your favorite flavor. The content is super-packed with mixed nuts, pumpkin and mixed seeds. Initially this was my least favorite but I found myself growing to enjoy the nuttiness and chewy texture of the mixed nuts.

• Black Sesame and Lotus Seed Paste (black color content):
This is definitely a favorite among my Team. It has a rich sesame taste.

A Touch of Local Flavor:
• Pandan Lotus Seed Paste with Single Yolk (green color):
It has an aromatic Pandan smell and subtle taste. For many Malaysians, I’m sure this Pandan flavor will be well received.

The Four Seasons Hotel KL 2 Classic Flavors not reviewed:
Lotus Seed Pastes with Double Yolk
White Lotus Seed Paste
And Extra Special Flavor: Lotus Seed Paste with Eight Egg Yolks, priced at RM 208 nett per mooncake.

评估：
为了配合中秋节的到来，四季酒店的Yun House中餐厅推出了3个自己独创的月饼：
• 普洱柑橘莲蓉月饼（浅绿色的馅）
普洱柑橘莲蓉是众多口味中最受欢迎的， 而且也是我们团队的最爱。 不仅是口感，它的香味和味道都非常的特别与微妙。

• 伍仁月饼（多种坚果混合在一起）
如果你是位喜欢坚果爱好者，那你一定会喜欢这类口味的月饼。月饼里的内陷附含了超级多的坚果和晒干的水果。虽然月饼稍微硬了一些但是我还是很享受这个月饼，因为里面真的有超级多的坚果，所以口感还是很好的。

• 黑芝麻月饼（黑色的馅）
这个口味的月饼也其中一个我和我的团队喜欢的。月饼里的黑芝麻内馅真的是非常的香。

本地风味：
• 班兰单黄莲蓉月饼（深绿色的陷）
很微妙的口感和淡淡的班兰香味。相信这个口味在马来西亚一定很受欢迎。

没有被评估的两种经典口味：
• 双蛋黄莲蓉月饼
• 莲蓉月饼
• 特别口味：8个蛋黄大莲蓉月饼，价格在于Rm208之间
