A 5-Step Method to get out of a Choke Hold pressed on a wall:

1. Put hands together in prayer position.
2. Grab his head.
3. Poke his eyeballs in with your thumbs.
Alternately, use your bottom of your right palm and whack his nose or one eye with full force.
4. Finish off with the hardest kick or knee to the groin (Men’s weakest spot)
5. Run to public area, yell for help.

Practice, practice, practice this DRILL with actual hand/ knee movements to get muscle memory and instant reflex reaction the split second you feel a choke hold. Practice with various sizes of guy friends.
