Kuantan is the biggest town in the East Coast of West Malaysia. About 3 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur.

From here you can go north to many beautiful beaches, turtle watching, Kenyir Lake, National Park, Gunung Tahan, and the popular islands i.e. Redang, Perhentian…

Gunung Tahan or Mount Tahan, at 2,187 m, is the highest point in Peninsular Malaysia. It is located within the Taman Negara national forest, in the state of Pahang.

Or go south to Tioman Island and Desaru resorts.
