In A Simple Way I Love You. My 2nd beautiful Wedding Love Song for Brenda José

My wedding proposal to Brenda José.
This is an old song called “In a simple way I love you” by Alliance. I proposed to Brenda José on 21 February, 1996.
I proposed to her at the end of a 4 day personal growth workshop called “Eau de vie” facilitated by James Newton, my American coach mentor.
James played this personal song for us as we got ‘cradled’ i.e. each of us were held up in the air with the arms of a group of participants. We chose this song as our 2nd wedding love song on our wedding day on 27 April, 1996.
There is a visual in this YouTube of a rabbit swinging from a rainbow with a second swing empty. The caption says “Wish you were here” because Brenda departed on 23 December, 2013.
Actually Brenda is with me as my guardian angel. Her presence is very strong, intense, and she sends me afterlife signs to guide me and attract very good people to my life. I do miss her physically.
In a simple way I love you lyrics
In a simple way I love you
That’s all that I can do
I’ll make music while you sing your song
I understand what you’re going through
In a simple way I love you
When you’re reaching out to me
I will be there when you need a friend
I’ll help you be what you want to be
I hear your voice sing out
Just let it go
I’ll give you room to breathe
And room to grow
In a simple way I love you
I’m here to see you through
I’ll make music while you sing your song
While you do what you have to do
I’ll be beside you rain or shine
Love has many faces
And one of them is mine

Hi Tina,
I myself can’t find the original singer of this song.
The song is part of “I’m Getting My Act Together and Taking it on the Road” musical but the singer is not the one on my recording.
I like this version best, all I have info is the group is “Alliance”.
If any reader can google research I appreciate the sharing of this information as I want to get a better quality recording than my cassette conversion to mp3.
Warmest regards,
Robert
